Editing

Welcome back! The app I’m using to edit is CapCut and it’s the same editing app I used in my past projects. I love using this app because it makes editing videos easier to edit and I’m familiar with how to use the app. CapCut has many features to help  accomplish the visions or your video. I’ll be using these features to my advantage like there different lightings and effects. I’ll be editing and using the CapCut app on my phone.  I first imported all the videos into CapCut and I had to decided what takes I would use to edit with. This process was time consuming because for every scene I had 2 or 3 takes of that scene. Most of the takes were all good but some were better. Like I liked the acting better in one scene or the camera angle was done more smoothly. After deciding the clips I put the scenes into chronological order in the app. I want to start my editing in chronological order because I work better starting from start to end then starting in the middle or any other time. I then created a list of the editing that I wanted to get done. My list consists of the lighting like the filters, music, sound effects, title for movie, sound quality, and video quality. After establishing my editing to do list I started working on adjusting the size of my movie. I did a 16:9 size video because that size is usually done for movies. I then adjusted all the clips to the size I wanted it too be. I reviewed all the clips I did and I was happy with the placement of the size. That was all the editing I did for this blog. I’ll see you in the next blog.
