 Hi, my name is Natalie Ehney and I am 15 years old and a sophomore in high school. One thing about me is I have 2 dogs. There names are neptune and rosé but we call her rosie for short. My very first dog was neptune and I got him in 6th grade. So it's been 4 years since I had him. He used to be very small but now he is more grown. I got my second dog 3 years later. My family and I decided to get another dog because we loved having another dog so much and thought that our other dog could use another dog to be with. Since most of the time he was alone because I had school and my mom was at work. At first my first dog didn't like her but soon he came to adjust to her and now they are like best friends. They are one of my favorite things ever. In my free time, I go to practice after school. The sport I do is swimming and I recently go into it around last October and just joined the swim team at my school. I am not the best at it but I really enjoy it and hope to improve more. I also love to watch tv shows. My favorite type of tv shows are asian shows like Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Taiwanese dramas, and more. I prefer to watch these shows over American shows because I find them to be more entertaining to watch and I prefer the cinematography and I feel like the shows are a lot more meaningful and more better in some type of way that I can't explain. I definitely recommend to watch them if you are interested. I first got into asian shows 2 years ago when I was in 8th grade. How I first got into them was I first saw a lot of the tv shows on netflix and I thought they looked interesting. So I decided to finally watch one and I loved it so much. I also saw a lot of video's about them on youtube which also made me watch them.  I don't get to watch them as much as I used too, but whenever I can I do and it makes me really happy. Watching these tv shows have helped make me feel better and have helped my mental health.And those are somethings that I enjoy and like. I'm so excited to be starting the final task.

 Genre Research: 47 Meters Down: Uncaged What elements of the genre that you chose to base your final task on does this movie have? The elements of the genre that I chose to base my final task on that this movie have is the lighting of the movie. In the beginning of the movie the movie has a really bright lighting but as the movie progressed the lighting becomes really dull and dark. I choose these elements because it's important for horror movies to have dark lighting to create the horror and dark effect. But also for the balance of having both light and dark lighting for our final task. What elements of the genre did this movie have that you like? Element of the movie that I liked are the narrative. I liked how the movie starts off it being a normal day for a group of teenagers but then eventually becomes one of the worst days of there lives. It shows a continuous timeline from start to end and doesn't cut to the end or the middle. It makes it easier to follow the storyline....

Script:  Hi, welcome to my podcast I'm natalie ehney and I'm going to be talking about my moving opening. The first question is How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues? Conventions are used by our product, which originally appeared in the horror genre. Horror is the genre of our film; and it can be fiction or nonfiction, and its goal is to frighten audiences. Our plan was to create a horror genre fiction. The horror genre included elements like  plot twists, a sense of terror, and cliffhangers. These components are a part of our own product. You can observe a guy looking for someone in our product. The guy finds a monster-like thing that is racing after him and stabbing a girl while he is looking for someone. The audience is left with a lot of unanswered questions, like what happened to the girl and who is after...

Finishing Editing

Hello Cambridge ! It's great to be back and I hope you're all doing well. Here's a update on our film process. After consideration among our team, we've decided to maintain the existing footage without further filming. Unfortunately, our busy schedules have made it challenging to coordinate additional filming sessions. But dont worry and rest assured were dedicating our time into editing to ensure the final product is the best we can do. Right now were focusing on getting the editing done. As mentioned in a previous blog post, we're using  Adobe Premiere Pro to edit the  footage we've captured. Collaborating with my team, I've been involved in guiding the editing process for this new footage. We agreed that  the new footage should be added to the beginning of the video would make the footage flow better. It was also a better fit then the footage that was previously in the beginning.
