 Starting and planning this blog the very first thing I decided to do first was to choose pictures. I decided to do this first because I thought this would be the easiest to do. Since compared to the others things I had to pick they looked harder. I also have a lot of pictures I can pick from my camera roll and my mom's camera roll that I can use. Which is also why I wanted to chose to pick the pictures first. For my pictures I decided to chose pictures of when I was younger because I feel like they represent myself more and my favorites memories are from when I was younger and it's very nostalgic for me. I then decided to pick out my videos. For my videos I decided to also chose ones also from when I was younger. For two of my videos I decided to chose ones with my siblings because they are a big part of my life and I wanted to show a little bit of my family and my relationship with them. For my third video I chose the one of me reading a book because when I was younger I had trouble with my speech and reading and in the video I was able to read a page from the book without messing up which was a big accomplishment for me. Picking the songs were a struggle for me because I really wanted to pick a song that I liked and also had a meaningful message. The first song I picked was "Sincerely" by Nessa Barret and this is one of my favorite songs. The message behind this song is about finding happiness after a challenging time. In the song she shows feelings of lost and empty but then shows her overcoming these feelings. I feel like I have related to this song a lot before and also hope other people can also relate to this song. The next song I picked is "The way things go" by Beabadobee. I don't relate to this song but she is one of my favorite artists and this is one of the very first songs that I heard by her that made me become a fan of her. I also love the message behind the song.The message behind the song is about the complexities of love and the acceptance of it. One of my favorite lines from the song is "And there's so much to say but I guess I'm just a bigger guy" which is her saying how she's letting go and moving on which shows her being understanding and mature. It also shows how sometimes it's better not to say anything even though you really want too. Which is also why I picked this song. Thank you for listening and bye.

The elements of the genre that I chose to base my final task on that this movie have is the lighting of the movie. In the beginning of the movie the movie has a really bright lighting but as the movie progressed the lighting becomes really dull and dark. I choose these elements because it's important for horror movies to have dark lighting to create the horror and dark effect. But also for the balance of having both light and dark lighting for our final task. What elements of the genre did this movie have that you like? Element of the movie that I liked are the narrative. I liked how the movie starts off it being a normal day for a group of teenagers but then eventually becomes one of the worst days of there lives. The first question is How does your product use or challenge conventions and how does it represent social groups or issues? Conventions are used by our product, which originally appeared in the horror genre. Horror is the genre of our film; and it can be fiction or nonfiction, and its goal is to frighten audiences. Our plan was to create a horror genre fiction. The horror genre included elements like  plot twists, a sense of terror, and cliffhangers. These components are a part of our own product. You can observe a guy looking for someone in our product. The guy finds a monster-like thing that is racing after him and stabbing a girl while he is looking for someone. Finishing Editing

Hello Cambridge ! It's great to be back and I hope you're all doing well. Here's a update on our film process. After consideration among our team, we've decided to maintain the existing footage without further filming. Unfortunately, our busy schedules have made it challenging to coordinate additional filming sessions. But dont worry and rest assured were dedicating our time into editing to ensure the final product is the best we can do. Right now were focusing on getting the editing done. As mentioned in a previous blog post, we're using  Adobe Premiere Pro to edit the  footage we've captured. Collaborating with my team, I've been involved in guiding the editing process for this new footage. We agreed that  the new footage should be added to the beginning of the video would make the footage flow better. It was also a better fit then the footage that was previously in the beginning.
